If you are not completely satisfied with your HipHugger or wish to return it for any reason whatsoever, simply send it back to us within 45 days. As soon as it arrives, we will refund the full amount to your credit card -- or mail a refund check if you'd prefer. Because things do get lost in the mail, we suggest you ship it back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We can't be responsible for any returns that do not reach us.
